Music recitals, concerts and other community events
Join us for concerts, music recitals and other events. The Armstrong Mansion has donated the Mayor's Parlor to the community for intimate formal occasions. The Parlor has large vaulted ceilings with space for 30-40 spectators. The Victorian decorations and antiques accents any music recital or formal event. A piano is provided for entertainment or recitals and can be moved to make more room for other performances. Those performing can entertain atop a small stage so that all may hear and see the presentation.
The atmosphere the Mansion provides enhances all music recitals and formal events. In the air, the melody of the music dances with the savory scents of the Mansion cooking. But what makes the event even more amazing is that the room, decorations and atmosphere were all arranged for free. Regardless of size or occasion, you can be assured that your gathering will be a grand event.
Please call ahead for reservations at 801-531-1333. No-charge performance times are Sunday - Thursday, 3pm - 8pm. Friday and Saturday performances will be charged $65 for the evening.
